So this one is a bit different, even for me 😝 I saw one similar to this from @thinkingcloset 😃🌧 I tied some paper scrap rain drops to some holographic ribbon and made it rain! The page underneath is pretty enough on its own but why not be extra?
. The passage is in Numbers when the Israelites were wandering the desert and God gave them a cloud to follow. It told them when to travel, when to camp, and when to leave. Like a GPS! Except they didn’t have much idea of where they were going! . But how gracious was it of God to allow them a navigation system?! It shows how much He really did care about them. It was also a lesson about obedience. If they didn’t follow the cloud as they were told, there would be punishment. But it was for their own well being and protection. We don’t always see things in that perspective. We think if we’re withheld from something that He just being a big meany and won’t lost us play. We can be quite the handful when we have a spiritual tantrum. That’s where His grace comes in. He gives us grace like rain- soft, abundant, cleansing and brings new life all around us. . Maybe you’ll think of that next time you see rain. Or a cloud 😉🌧☁️ MATERIALS:

#22 [His Provision] Illustrated Faith Gratitude Documented 2018"Now the manna was like coriander seed, and its appearance like that of bdellium. The people went about and gathered it and ground it in handmills or beat it in mortars and boiled it in pots and made cakes of it. And the taste of it was like the taste of cakes baked with oil. When the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell with it." -Numbers 11:7-9 (ESV)I didn’t mean for this to end up like a Dr. Seuss rhyme but anyway 😂
. When the Israelites began their journey of wandering the desert for what seemed like an eternity they eventually ran out of food they carried from Egypt. They cried out to the Lord to provide food for them in a desolate place. And He did! . He provided manna for them. It rained down from heaven everyday in just the right amount for them. They didn’t have to worry about saving up enough for another day or how to store or it or even cook it. It was ready to eat. We can speculate like it was a bread like material that probably had all the nutrients they needed to give them strength and energy and nourishment. Pretty sweet deal right? No meal prep! . Well, eventually they got tired of it. It wasn’t like the food they remembered in Egypt. They wanted something better. In the middle of nowhere desert and they wanted options. What did they want, a buffet? God wasn’t happy about this. He provided exactly what they needed when they needed it and it still wasn’t good enough. They wanted meat. . He gave them meat. Through ravens. In fact, He provided them so much meat for a whole month they had it coming out of their noses. . Don’t reject what God provides for you. He will always provide His children with what they need. Always. You will never go without. 🙌🏻. MATERIALS:
This wasn’t a real special page.... but it turned into one.
. I found an undated 18 month planner last year (2017) for $6. Really nice but it was missing a back cover. That was an easy fix. I wrote all the numbers out (a long process my planner peeps could tell you about). I used it for a week- then switched to another one. A couple months of go I planned to use it for this year and to cover up the numbers I already wrote I used stickers. I never use number stickers anyway. Well, I ran out of those 😅. . So last month, I was determined to use this planner. I peeled all the numbers off, and not wanting to waste them, I stuck them in of course, the book of Numbers. I printed bottle cap numbers on white labels for my new planner. . Now, at first glance, this is not a pretty page. I know that. It might cause you anxiety or make your eyes hurt or your brain melt because it’s just too much. Imagine if all those numbers represented one number. We could never handle having to deal with something like that. We can’t even fathom trying to keep up with the number of hairs on billions of people and animals on the planet. The grains of sand on the earth. The amount of stars in the heavens. The drops of water in the ocean. But God knows it a l l. Better yet- he’s in control of it a l l. MATERIALS:
