These handmade beauties were originally made on index cards with lipstick- nope, not kidding. I was cleaning out my grandma's old house not too long ago and she had a bag of fairly new lipsticks- about 20 or so. Now, I knew better than to use them on my face but they worked great on paper! Think of them as a really oily oil pastel. I did have to double back them with a second index card and cover them with clear contact paper to prevent smudging. I made over 100 of these and they were great to give away in my women's group and some of the Etsy orders I shipped out. You can find the FREE download here:

I hand painted these on actual circle sticker paper, added some stamps, and voila- awesome neon circles! If you haven't tried this technique yet, I highly recommend you do- its super easy and so satisfying to make your own stickers! (And use those stamps that need some extra love.) MATERIALS:
