My favorite easy to use paint! It's also the cheapest at 50 cent a bottle- and at Walmart. I also like that the most used colors come in bigger bottles so you can refill your littles. I use these on almost every project because they're so convenient and come in so many colors! 

Apple Barrel Colors provide premium performance on wood, Styrofoam, paper mache, tin, terra cotta, wood and any porous surface. It comes in a rainbow of clean colors in traditional matte finish and gloss that's great for outdoor projects, too.

Ranger Dyan Reaveley's Dylusions Acrylic Paint

My ABSOLUTE favorite acrylic paint! I stock up on these whenever they go on sale. You cannot beat the bright hand selected pigments. Fuchsia is a hard color to achieve but Dyan Reaveley made it possible. It is a bit pricy at $5 a jar but they are worth it! I only use them for special projects where I really need the vibrancy or where I need the coverage. They're not a heavy body acrylic but they are thicker than your average craft paint.
