Look for the Rainbows

When I first saw the TCW2204 When it Rains 4x6 Clear Stamp set.... this dark blue but magical layout came to mind filled with my favorite color palette of blues, pinks, purples and all the stars and pretty things! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it!
